Working women have had a seat at God’s table from the very beginning.

They’re there in the pages of Scripture: midwives and prophets, entrepreneurs and artists, leaders and laborers, patrons and harvesters. But if our eyes have not been trained to see them, we can miss the women whose work, worship, and influence advanced God’s purposes in the world.

Join a global community of women at WWC26 on Friday, October 30 to rediscover the stories of working women in Scripture—and through their lives, encounter God in ways that reshape your own.

Together, we’ll explore three timeless themes for our work today:

STRENGTH
Who has God created me to be?
Recover God's original design for women as strong partners in his work.

COURAGE
What does faithfulness require of me?
Follow the example of women who spoke up, took risks, and remained faithful in complicated circumstances.

RIGHTEOUSNESS
How will I steward the influence God entrusts to me?
Learn to lead with vision and generosity in a world that deeply needs both.

WWC26 will gather women from across industries, churches, and life stages for biblical teaching, honest conversation, and practical wisdom tailored to the challenges and opportunities working women face.

Explore The Session Themes

  • GOD’S INTENDED DESIGN

    The story of women begins not with limitation, but with blessing.

    Genesis presents humanity—male and female—as the pinnacle of creation, commissioned to bear God's image and cultivate the world. Within that calling, woman is introduced as ezer kenegdo—a strong ally uniquely created to partner in God's work. 

    Yet, faith traditions, cultural messaging, and the weight of our own stories can keep us from working with the freedom and scope that God intends. 

    Recovering the biblical vision of ezer reframes our identity and expands our imagination for work. 

  • FAITHFULNESS IN A FALLEN WORLD

    Genesis 3 changes the conditions of work, but not its purpose. 

    Creation remains good, yet it is marked by conflict, injustice, fear, and strain. Working faithfully requires more than self-belief or motivational optimism; it requires courage, rooted in trust. 

    In this session, we'll learn from three remarkable women whose courageous work advanced God's redemptive purposes.

    1. Shiphrah and Puah (the Hebrew midwives) - Courage in the face of great risk

    2. Rahab - Courage born from faith

    3. Deborah - Courageous leadership in morally complex  times

  • INFLUENCE THAT SHAPES A CITY

    “When the righteous prosper, the city rejoices.”
    – Proverbs 11:10

    The Old Testament celebrates the tsaddiqim—the righteous—women and men passionate about using their leadership and generosity to bring blessing to others.

    Biblical righteousness is far more than personal morality. It’s whole-life stewardship expressed through a commitment to justice, generosity, integrity, and love of neighbor. Whether through the wisdom of Proverbs 31 or the entrepreneurship and hospitality of Lydia, God has always worked through women whose influence extended far beyond themselves.

    Our closing session invites us to become women whose help teams, organizations, families, and communities thrive because we were there.

This event is geared toward adults — we ask that children sit this one out, with the exception of nursing infants and junior-high-age-and-up daughters you feel are ready to engage with the program. We will have a designated Nursing Mother's Area for anyone who needs to pump or breastfeed throughout the day.

If you are joining us in Denver from out of state, we recommend flying into Denver International Airport (DEN).

Transportation from DEN to Downtown Denver

  • Rideshare: Use apps like Uber or Lyft

  • Light Rail: Take the A Line from DEN to Union Station (1 mile from Hyatt Place Denver Downtown). $10 ticket.

  • Bus: Variety of options to use public transportation to get from DEN to downtown Denver are available HERE. If you route to the Colorado Convention Center, you will be within 1 block of the Hyatt Place Denver Downtown.

The event is right in the heart of downtown Denver with plenty of lodging options to choose from. We do not have a room block for the event, but here are a few nearby hotels we’d recommend:

  • All sessions are held in Mountain Time.

  • Yes! For all registrants, the recordings of the sessions will be available through January 31, 2027 with English and Spanish captioning. Access to the replay link will be in your post-event emails.

  • Can children attend?

It takes a village to put together our annual event and we are looking for volunteers to serve at the in-person Denver location! Volunteers get to join the team at no cost, are provided meals and get to help be behind the scenes to ensure our guests have the most incredible experience!
