Who We Serve
In addition to serving individual women, we broaden the approach to women’s discipleship by partnering with churches, faith-based nonprofits, Christian colleges and universities, faith-friendly businesses, and other like-minded organizations to bring resources for vocational discipleship to their communities.

Women, Work, & Calling’s Ministry Leaders’ Intensive connects your work developing female leaders to biblical principles and practical tools for vocational discipleship. Core themes include: Work and the Mission of God, Gaining Clarity about Calling, Tools to Disciple Women for Work, Soul Care for Busy Women, & Networks for Flourishing.

Gather with women leaders from across the WWC community for shared learning, practical tools, and meaningful connection. Hosted approximately every 6 weeks, these 75-minute virtual calls create space to explore WWC’s discipleship framework, learn from one another’s work in the field, and grow together as leaders shaping purpose in public life. Open to any leader interested in learning about vocational discipleship.

The WWC Leadership Summit is a two-day, in-person gathering for women leading vocational discipleship. Through teaching, conversation, and shared practices, the Summit equips leaders with vision, formation, and community as they deepen their work of guiding women toward purpose in public life.
