WWC Host Sites
Connect to the WWC2023 livestream through one of our host sites!
Take your learning a step deeper as you connect with others and build your professional network through our national network of host sites. Our team of host site leaders will welcome and guide you through the event!
KEY QUESTIONS:
How do I register to attend a host site? Register through this site - purchase a “Host Site” ticket and select your location from the drop-down menu.
Who should I contact with questions? Send registration questions to the WWC team at women@denverinstitute.org. Send site-specific questions to the hosts listed for each location. The leaders for your host site will be in touch closer to the event with instructions for your location.
What about food? Each host site will manage food and beverages independently, so look for the “additional information” for your site or contact your hosts directly.
Why do ticket prices vary between host sites? Each site has different expenses depending on the venue, hospitality provided, etc., and adjusted ticket prices accordingly.

HOLLAND, MICHIGAN
Location: Haworth Hotel

Start Time: The program begins at 10:30 a.m. (EST). Arrive between 9:45 am and 10:00 am. Fellowship time with coffee and light breakfast 10-10:25 am.
Ticket Price: $15 (We are grateful for the generous support of a donor who will underwrite the cost of tickets at this location. Full scholarships are available upon request.)

SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA
Location: The River Church Community

Start Time: Doors open at 7:15 with the livestream starting at 7:30 sharp (PST). We know it’s early for West Coast guests, so come as early as you can and feel free to dress comfortably. Rolling out of bed is acceptable!

Start Time: The live-streamed event begins at 9:30 a.m. (CDT), so plan to arrive around 9 a.m. to meet and greet with other attendees.
