ABOUT

FOR WOMEN & FOR THE WORLD

There is a critical gap in Christian women’s discipleship. As our roles in public life have grown, the Church’s vision for women’s work and calling has not grown with us. We find ourselves navigating expectations for our relational roles, complex gender dynamics in the workplace, and social pressure to portray picture-perfect lives, without a biblical framework to guide our leadership or a community of like-minded women to support our goals.

We believe women play a critical role in God’s mission.

Women, Work, & Calling is a movement of individuals and organizations passionate about equipping Christian women for faith-formed influence in public life.

We prepare women to embody a reimagined vision for work – a vision that points to Christ’s own work and the love that heals and renews our world.

Women, Work, & Calling is an international initiative of Denver Institute for Faith & Work.

We convene women for meaningful relationships, cultivate a renewed imagination for work, and catalyze redemptive action across workplaces, industries, professions, and communities.

WWC promotes whole-life discipleship to build the biblical foundation, spiritual health, practical tools, and relational networks women need for influence through their roles.

Our Mission

WHAT WE DO

When women work faithfully, the world will taste the hope and life that Jesus provides.

We envision a day when every woman would understand her God-given influence and have the tools she needs to shape our world through her work.
