Midlife
Midlife brings new freedoms and tough questions as our roles and responsibilities change. Our confidence grows, but we have less tolerance for nonsense. As we reevaluate our priorities, we may also encounter professional plateaus or industries that have changed dramatically over the course of our careers. In this session we’ll ask:
How can your experiences lead to a more generous view of yourself?
How can you steward your professional commitments and capacity to influence in meaningful ways?
For those with children moving into adulthood, how can you pursue new opportunities, while navigating the complexity of this transition?
What practices can root your work and leadership more deeply in God?
