Thanks for joining us!

At Women, Work, & Calling, we believe every woman becomes a leader when she responds to God’s call. While the style and scope of our leadership may vary, we each have a role to play in God’s world.

WWC’s Unique Approach:

Join us for WWC 2023, a community of women passionate about combining faith and femininity as we love God and serve others through our work.

Together, we’ll explore skills essential for today’s leaders, and you’ll discover the qualities that make Women, Work, & Calling,

“The event every gospel-centered, faith-filled, working woman is longing for as she seeks to find inspiration, hope, and meaning in her work.”

  •  Theologically-rich teaching applied to today’s workplace challenges.

  • Wisdom from women working in fields as diverse as banking, technology, marketing & communications, retail, nonprofit, global development, healthcare, entrepreneurship, and sales.

  • Leadership development for a range of roles and stages. Every woman has influence to steward, so WWC equips you to serve God and others right where you are.

  • Soulful application that integrates your roles and encourages you to walk with God in every area of life.

  • A community of like-minded women passionate about growing godly influence in public life.

A glimpse of what we’ll be learning:

  • Our daily work is a place our gifts shine brightly, but workplace pressures can challenge our confidence, clarity of thought, and effectiveness. In this session, Jasmine Bellamy, VP of Merchandising, Planning & Allocation at Reebok, explores how God’s love empowers your work from the inside out. Discover how God’s love builds resilience as well as principles to lead with love in your setting.

  • Every day we’re reminded that the world is not the way God intended it to be. When faced with systems and relationships that keep individuals or communities from thriving, Christ invites us to bring His goodness, beauty, and truth to the places that need it most. In this session, you’ll hear how venture capitalist Donna Harris, and women leading in tech, healthcare, and sales, bring godly influence to their roles. Learn to see your corner of the world through God’s eyes and spark a redemptive imagination for your work.

  • When God designed the most ambitious project the world has ever known, the team he built to do the job was male and female. He made us partners, yet learning to work together often proves to be more difficult. How can men and women co-labor effectively, while embracing our differences? What insight does Scripture offer for the dynamics of today’s workplaces? Sarah Evers and Darius Wise will join us to share insight on effective collaboration.

  • In our increasingly polarized world, leaders have a critical role to play in bridging differences in our workplaces and communities. But when tensions are high, it can seem easier to walk away from colleagues, neighbors, or loved ones who think differently than you. Christ invites us to follow the way of empathy to further God’s healing work in the world. Christy Vines, CEO of the Ideos Institute, will explain how intention, relationship, humility, and sacrifice are critical skills every Christ-centered leader must master.
